When abuse is being committed, a member of the staff should be alerted immediately! Be sure to include the name of the offender, and the URL of the thread/pm containing the abuse. The staff member first alerted should, if in a thread, lock and sticky the thread immediately. He should then contact the Administrator to investigate, unless evidence is clear enough for the staff member to take appropriate action.
MINOR CASES:
Minor cases include excessive use of foul language, or spamming.
MILD CASES:
Mild cases include the posting of violent, pornographic material, harrassing other members, or posing as a staff-member.
BIG CASES:
Big cases are the most important. The statement of "finding someone" to commit an act of violence (murder, rape, etc...) will result in the immediate contact of local police. Your I.P. address is being recorded, and if serious enough, we will trace your I.P. and get in touch with local police.
No matter the situation, GamingRing II staff should contact the Administrator for the appropriate actions.
