Look I do appreciate the amount of work and the fact that you are a fan of Gamingring.com. That you felt to create a site on your own just supports my thoughts on the importance of bringing it back as soon as possible.
Yes, there is a current and active trademark on the site. And just because it was a non profit website doesnt mean you can take the name Gamingring as your own.
To fill everyone in on what happened to the site and what is happening currently I will shed some light on where and when gamingring.com is coming back.
Yes its coming back, soon in the month of April.
In early November Godaddy decided to sock us with a almost 4000$ server bill. We fought it, we disputed it. And basically after 3 weeks we were told that we wouldnt have to pay it and that all is right in the world. However, the content on the site was deleted the day before. Even though we made it clear that we were willing to work out an arrangement on the bill and that we disputed the amount that was owed.
Well with Stan just moving to virginia with a new job and the holidays things kind of was put on hold with GR.
On the personal side I had to deal with a personal issue which needless to say has occupied my full attention.
I dont mind necessarly you having this fansite but could you refrain from having Gamingring in the title. It just confuses things and when the real gamingring.com comes back I assume everyone here will come back home.
